Geek Tank Games shipping

We ship physical minis, tokens, bases, and accessories from our US fulfillment partner.

United States
Free standard shipping on US orders. Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery is usually 2 to 7 business days depending on your zip and carrier.

Canada
Free shipping on orders $99 USD and up. Under $99, shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by province.

Other international (including UK)
Options and cost show at checkout when available. Customs, VAT, or import fees are the buyer's responsibility. Delivery can take 1 to 4 weeks.

Processing
Monday through Friday excluding US holidays. You get an order confirmation email, then a tracking email when it ships.

Lost or damaged
Email kane@geektankgames.com within 7 days (include photos if damaged). We will help with the carrier or replace/refund per the refund policy.

PO boxes / APO/FPO
OK when the carrier at checkout supports them.
